The registration desk will open by the beginning of November 2016.

Registration fees are not decided at this time.

The end of early bird term will be 13 January 2017.

General registration Early bird fee will be 20000 JPY and the special registration fee for students will be 10000 JPY. General registration fee for after 13 January 2017 will be 24000 JPY and the special registration fee for students will be 12000 JPY.

 - All conference materials

 - Lunch buffets from Sunday to Monday

 - Coffee, tea and beverages during session hours from Sunday to Monday

 - Welcome party on Saturday evening

 - Conference Banquet on Sunday evening
